I don’t know if it’s something in the water, but lately I have been having some pretty bizarre dreams.  The next morning I list all of the details I can remember in a “dream diary.”  In attempts of becoming the next Freud, I always try to analyze my dreams or ask friends how they would interpret them because you should always get a second opinion, right?  I have even gone as far as searching the Web for possible meanings of teeth falling out, riding on flying carpets, or sitting in the middle of the cafeteria devoid of clothing.

Whether or not they are your unconscious trying to surface something in some way, I have always thought dreaming an amusing and intriguing topic.

What are the strangest dreams you’ve had?

Have you ever tried to interpret them?

There is no one interpretation of a dream... The fact that you are dreaming is a good thing for you have acheived deep sleep and REM.... This means that you will wake up rested.....

I have crazy, stupid, intense and vivid dreams. If I tried to keep track of them, I would fill several notebooks in a month!! lol
Most of them mean nothing..but some of them revolve around people, places or things that are important in my life.

Hey Jen!! How's it going at the station?

Well, when I was younger I use to have a dream that all my teeth would fall out! I would dream it all the time. No matter what I was dreaming, just out of no where my teeth would fall out!! LOL
Ya so when you figure that one out let me know!

I heard there is a lady in St Louis called the "Dream Lady", I actually saw her at the Westport Playhouse! Never had the nerve to ask her about my teeth though! hehe

Peace out, Jana

Hey there!

I have crazy vivid dreams all the time. I think it's due to the meds I take. I dream I'm having normal conversations w/ people, they're so real that I don't know if it was an actual conversation or not,, and most times I have to ask if we've really talked about something.

When I was younger I used to have horrible nightmares about dead people and the devil. They terrified me so much, I would wake myself up out of the dream. The strange thing is that now I can actually control my dreams.

If I don't like the way a dream is going, I'll actually say to myself, while sleeping, "nope, don't like that, rewind...." then I'll rewind the dream, or go back to a point where I want it to start over. Then I dream about something nicer happening. Funny how the mind works, huh?

Andyandeye, that dream rewind thing is crazy! I've never heard that before - pretty cool. I've had some dreams too where I don't know if I actually talked to the person or not. I can get pretty confusing!

I remember dreaming but never remember what I dreamt and if I do I never tell it before breakfast. My granny always said if you told a dream before breakfast it would come true.Maybe that is why I don't remember what I dream so I can't tell it. It is hard for me to keep my mouth shut.

OMG I remember part of a dream and I have had breakfast. I have to go look up front to see if there are tire tracks. There was a little red car with a big yellow light on top of it.Just driving all over the place here.I don't see any out back or on the front yard. Will look at the field by the road when we go out. It was a dream. But it has been know that even the sheriff department to drive in the front field. We don't know why cause if he is chasing a four wheeler he can stay on the road as the 4 wheeler has to come back on the road no where else to go. Silly people. I will let your know .

I usualy wake up 5-8 times a night and fall back asleep in less than 5 minutes so I don't dream much. When I do its usualy like a action or adventure movie, but forget the dream within 10-15 after I wake up.

hi, I have had some whoppers. the two that come to mind are 1. huge muscled M & M's (like on the commercials) chasing me, my teenage son told me the next time I have that dream, turn around hit them with a hammer and eat the chocolate. I did and have not had that dream again.
2. I dream that I am flying like a genie without a carpet, but I can take off and land as I choose. and I feel so free when flying. but the landings are pretty smooth so......

I have had the same dream off and on since I was 5. I am the only person left in the world, every one is gone when I wake in my dream (not wake for real). I know they have made several movies like that.

I am a senior at Lindenwood anticipating my introduction into the "real world" this May. After switching majors every semester I have created my own via a contract degree. It's called Written and Visual Communications which is basically a fancy way of saying journalism with a little bit of art thrown in the mix. I recently finished an internship with Sauce Magazine which was awesome! Some of my passions include writing, beach lounging, working on my fitness and baking. I just got a snowboard for Christmas so if anyone has tips for an amateur, bring 'em on.
