A missing dog got 5 minutes or more this morning on the news WHY? well because the dog's owners are wealthy obviously. If they can afford 25,000 for a reward for their dog then they are well off.  BUT you don't see any coverage on the missing girl now do you????????

what is wrong with our country when a dog takes top priority over a missing child???? Now days you also get more time for killling an animal then you do for killing a person.

thats messed up!

Wow do I agree with you, It is ashame that people take care of their animals better than their children and the penalties for hurting an animal is stiffer than hurting a child.

Don't get me wrong I love animal but they come second over human life.

If the producers and news team would read the current blogs they would know immediately what we want covered. Tyra Meeks, her family, and the fact that if your a presumed "runaway" (which is always just a theory), then your not worth the time of our community! Horrible!

that is disgusting and an example of what is wrong with our society.when hurricane katrina hit,i swear,i saw more coverage & concern over the displacement & welfare of the PETS than the people.it makes me want to throw up.it is really sad that animals count more than humans,ESP if you're wealthy,appanantly.:(

Tyra Meeks is now posted on myspace under the Missing kids profile. The profile owner is a single father and he has dedicated his life to the cause. He put her up tonight and I am hoping with the constant bulletins and blogs on myspace that she will be found.

I am a married mom of 2 my son is special needs. He has Dandy-Walker Syndrome, Hydrocephalus, Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum, V.P. Programmable shunting, seizures, developmental delays. He is a walking, talking miracle and amazes everyone around him. My daughter is my hero she calls the ambulance anytime her little brother has a seizure allowing me to care for him until they arrive.
