Do not believe everything you are told.
Do not believe everything you see on TV or read in the paper.
Do not believe everything you see or read on the internet.
There is no one to blame for your own misfortunes but yourself.
You must believe in yourself.
You can't do anything about what other people do.
You can't worry about other peoples' problems.

In short:
Mind your own business and mind it well.

I agree with most of what you are saying, but sometimes we have to be involved in other peoples problems to help them out. Lets say all the natural disasters, if everyone minded their own business these people would be in terrible shape without the help of caring people.

True devas , but there is the part of mankind that thinks they should know everybody's business .
Labrat636 I agree also with most of your post . But in these times we have to worry just a bit about what others are doing . Drugs , car jackers , stealing Id's . going to prison for shooting one of the above .
Good blog .

what i learn?

1. The government is too involved in my biz.
2. Five numbers + power ball won't make happiness.
3. All people are stupid unless otherwise proven their not(that includes me)
4. a flat tire is only flat on one side.
5. Soap and water is foreign to a lot of people.

6. and last. most people are good at heart,
that last for just a few minutes after birth.
The writers last comment is meant for all those he's has came in contact that are really hopeless humans. Its not meant for all the posters on this blog.

Perhaps. Asking for help is different. I will gladly help someone who asks for help, if I can. And, of course, we should help someone in immediate danger. But I would have to draw the line at imposing by beliefs, ideas, and morals on another. Most people can only learn through experience, life by trial and error. If you play, you must pay. Most of us know there are consequences to our actions - others must learn the hard way. Most will not listen if told. And there are those who will never learn.
I will teach my own children the values and morals that my parents taught me. That is a responsibility I have of being a parent.

My neighbor saw the trash man kick her trash can, saw the dog next door poop in her yard, saw the kid down the street throw trash in her driveway, saw the lawn guy forget to trim the yard, and saw the guy next door empty his ashtray into the street.

But when my car got broke into she didnt see a thing. She did run over when the cops showed up to tell them about the dog poop thou.

Is she how things have become? Care when I want to and ignore it when its to much trouble.
