I agree, campaigning was positive and is now negative, he was impeached for a cover up and we let someone else commit perjury and still stay in office. oh well VOTE REPUBLICAN FREE HEALTHCARE FOR NON WORKERS IS WRONG

Well, I am back after 1 full day of this blog. I was waiting to see if anyone would come up with my following comment. LIBERALS need to wonder and debate (debate yourselves because you love to) how all the negative campaigning will look after the 2 LIBERALS stop fighting each other. Also, what negatives will happen at their convention, and how it will play out. So, from the end of August to November will be the time left to win the White House for LIBERALS. If you think Republicans had no chance before, like just a few months ago, you were right. But, look what has happened and John continues gaining ground, money, and mission. He really has not campaigned at all except to look like he is rising above the negatives. Notice he tried to stop other Republicans from negative attacks? Being positive works well sometimes and this time may prove to work very well. Sometimes Republicans can learn from what LIBERALS do. GET IT?

But Bubba,
is McCain really a Republican or an Independent. Many feel he is just using the Republican Party as a vehicle to get into office.

Today he tossed the North Carolina Republican Party "under the bus" on two morning talk shows because it continues to air the Reverend Wright commercial in which the Rev. says "God bless America? No! God Damn America!"

McCain went on to say it has nothing to do with Obama. Is that how he reallllly feels or is he just saying that to appear like John is above all of that. What does McCain really think?

In Bill Moyer's Interview on PBS, Reverend Wright says that Obama is just being a politician when he speaks; saying 'what he has to say'. If the Rev.. is correct, what does Obama the man and not the politician really say behind closed doors? What's really in his heart?

Do we really know who these candidates are? Do we really know what they stand for? Do we really know what they'll do in office? Do Obama, McCain, Clinton or even Ron Paul have a plan right now other than to get elected?

I think I said this in the last Presidential election but this is the worst batch of people running for office I have ever seen.

John, you are right...McCain is not a true blue repug...I never dreamed he would get this far and in my opinion the most important decision is his VP pick.

As for the dems..they have managed to diminish one another's value in their Jr high political ways..!

With our debt, the unending war in the wrong country, housing issues, insane oil prices and the loss of real jobs in the US...who in their right mind would want the job...! I wish Lee Iacocca were running and Colin Powell his VP.

I believe that this country is run by the two parties we have. I also believe one person can not move the political mountain. Lieberman is the current example, I will use to support my beliefs. I am one of those that support my party no matter what and will not change. Just like some Democrats. Dang we are alike sometimes.

End the party system is the only way we the people will get a fair shake. Get rid of the electoral college and the delegates, popular votes only, majority rules!!!!

Also no laws unless voted on by the people and then again majority rules.

The whole idea of the electoral college is to keep checks and balances. The House and Senate are balanced in the same way so small states have a say. We can't allow California and New York to dictate to the rest of the nation. The Electoral College is needed.

I had to come back and comment again about my second comment which caused my first comment?
What the-------- anyway John McCain is staying positve. Even today he would not take part in the Obama Bash. Watch and see, Democrats really blew it. To much negativity and for to long. August, RIGHT. Sorry but HEE HAW HEE HAW
