i missed the point of odd symbolism in crime??
o well!! but.... fish and lent are symbols of church law. preparation and leading up to the most important three days in the history of mankind!! the death and resurection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He has shed His most precious Blood for all of us and rose from the dead to ascend back to heaven as the first fruits, He has prepared a place for all of us, accept the gift of Salvation.

Judge won't lower bail for Starbucks suspect

A judge denied a bond reduction this morning for the man jailed in the death of hotel owner and good Samaritan Roger Kreutz, who was killed outside a Starbucks in Crestwood last week and buried on Monday.

Aaron M. Poisson, 19, of Cumming, Ga., remains in custody in the St. Louis County Justice Center on charges of involuntary manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident and misdemeanor theft.

Defense attorney Bill Margulis asked Judge John Moon for a reduction to $5,000 of the $50,000, cash-only bond that was set Friday when Poisson was charged.

Prosector Pat Monahan said Poisson was ``a flight risk.'' Monahan said Poisson has been charged with crimes in Ohio and Missouri and has been a drifter for several months.

Moon is a visiting judge from Kahoka, Mo., helping out county judges because of a vacancy on the bench. Moon agreed with Monahan and let stand the $50,000 bond.

Poisson stole a jar of tips from Starbucks on March 3, ran out of the store with his girlfriend, and got in a Ford Taurus. Kreutz pursued the alleged thieves from the store.

ty john i get it now lol, sad for all this incident. people can really mess up their's and others lives, when all they really need is Christ in their lives. they will still sin, but probably not to the extent that these two young people did. sorry to say this but i think the girl should also be tried for this crime too, at a possibly lessor extent.
