Without giving away information about the movie itself to ruin anything for anyone, I would like to share that I saw The Dark Knight last night at the theater and it was great!

I'm really picky about sequel style movies and I personally never saw Batman Begins, which is apparently the first one to this movie, but as watching it I became hooked!  It definitely will catch you off guard and make you jump a few times though!  The way the Joker looks in the movie was also amazing! I loved it!

I read MANY blogs today about how people thought that Heath Ledger looked bad in this movie as the Joker, they were REALLY wrong.  I thought that was truly the best part.  As for Batman, I think his voice was a litttttle creepy. Maybe that's just me.

I would go see it though, 5 star rating on my part.

I don't know though, if anyone else has any comments about what they thought.. PLEASE SHARE THEM!

I LOVE this movie! Best movie I have seen so far this year. Whoever says Ledger did not do a good job is INSANE. It was leaps and bounds better than Nicholson's portrayal. This is by far the best comic book adpatation yet. I have seen it twice, and I will probably see it one more time. 5 out of 5.

And I agree about Batman's voice. It can get a little grating, but it sticks to the tradition of him disguising his voice.

I just can't get over the Joker! Just his crazy antics and the constant *jokes* and laughing just made me laugh hearing him laugh. I loved him in the nurses' outfit acting totally innocent, now that was definitely hysterical.
I'm thinking about going and seeing it a second time already.. even though the theater can be expensive :(

I can be very opinionated at times & enjoy hearing what others think. I love BIG lifted trucks & TINY miniture cars, & nothing inbetween.
