I just watched the movie "The Bucket List" last night and it truly has made me think. First of all - it was a very good movie. Although the only response I've gotten from a guys mouth is that it was a REALLY slow movie, which it is but it was still great! You should watch it if you haven't!
But have you ever thought of things or came up with a list of things you would like to try to accomplish before you die? I'd love for you to share!

I don't know how interested anybody is about Local bands that are *on the verge* of trying to make it somewhere in the music world, but it wouldn't hurt to check them out!
Go to www.myspace.com/finalfightband
They have their new songs up on their profile! You should at least take a listen, and let me know what you think.
I'm not directly affiliated with them, just a friend. They have played at Pop's Nightclub, Cicero's, the Creepy Crawl, etc.
It's worth a listen!

Can anybody PLEASE clue me in as to why people are the way they are? Do people not think correctly? - (which is a given)
I was looking on my friends Myspace, and happened to see that one of HER friends had their profile picture of their 5 month pregnant belly.. So being the curious person that I am I decide to go to her page to see her story, thinking maybe it was a 20 something year old lady that was possibly married or with the man of her dreams, ya know the story we all could wish for?
Well anyways I look at her page, and SURPRISE SURPRISE it's a (just turned) 18 year old girl, 5 months pregnant with her NEW boyfriends kid. Okay, yeah I understand that happens everyday.. BUT READ ON AND YOU'LL UNDERSTAND WHY I'M QUESTIONING THIS:
This girl is not only going to be a HOPEFULLY responsible mom in 4 months but she has her Myspace page decked out in nothing but Playboy stuff and things stating that she LOVES to party and have a good time, LOVES going out every weekend and getting *messed up*...??
So maybe she had all that on there before she got pregnant, that's her choice, and I'm sure MANY girls have that on their page, BUT FOR GODS SAKE SHES ABOUT TO HAVE A BABY! I'd love to print that out and show it to her kid one day! We spend everyday talking about unresponsible parents, I dont care if she had her child yet or not and I understand it's just her myspace page (hopefully not how she's still living) but if you think your responsible enough to have a baby with a NEWLY attached b/f then be REPSONSIBLE enough to change your lifestyle.
Possibly I'm just ranting, Possibly not. This disgusts me!

Without giving away information about the movie itself to ruin anything for anyone, I would like to share that I saw The Dark Knight last night at the theater and it was great!
I'm really picky about sequel style movies and I personally never saw Batman Begins, which is apparently the first one to this movie, but as watching it I became hooked! It definitely will catch you off guard and make you jump a few times though! The way the Joker looks in the movie was also amazing! I loved it!
I read MANY blogs today about how people thought that Heath Ledger looked bad in this movie as the Joker, they were REALLY wrong. I thought that was truly the best part. As for Batman, I think his voice was a litttttle creepy. Maybe that's just me.
I would go see it though, 5 star rating on my part.
I don't know though, if anyone else has any comments about what they thought.. PLEASE SHARE THEM!

I just have to say that The Boathouse in Forest Park was probably one of the most amazing places to go with a significant other or a few friends. Not only do you get to go out for a hour or more on the lake and share the time together for a cheap price, but you also get a chance to sit down and eat dinner afterwards too.
Not to mention also, the service there was EXCEPTIONAL! Everyone there was on top of things, GREAT food and really inexpensive, & fast service too! Even one waiter there had a hand full of plates to take outside and set them down just to stop and refill our water!
So if you're looking for somewhere different to go and spend some for lunch or even a romantic dinner, I would definitely recommend The Boathouse! (TRY THEIR QUESADILLAS!)
