Why is everybody picking on Britney Spears

Everytime you turn on the television you hear something about Britney.  Why don't Britney just tell the poppies to go jump in the lake and leave her alone.  They act as though she is God or something.  Then the tabloids are waiting to get an ear full and there goes lies and rumors and everything else.  I think she should give them a good piece of her mind.
