Ok, I just listened to McCain's speech and I have to say I was somewhat impressed.  However, he is taking quite a firm stand with Russia.  No, I do know that Putin is a PoS, and I know he wants all of the old Soviet Union territories back.  And it would be really great if we could stand up to him.  But our military is completely decimated.  We couldn't invade Yellowstone Park if we had to.  What good is it going to do us to have our leader mouthing off when he has nothing to back it up?

At this rate, we'll all be speaking Russian or Chinese in 10 years.  McCain was right, God Help US.....if he gets elected!

Oil money talks, and Russians politics walks

The only reason Russia invaded Georgia was a warning to the powers that be don`t let the price of a barrel of oil drop to far.

Frank Schaeffer of the Huffington Post as an article that its over religion and heritage.

Frank Schaeffer Column. Why Russia Invated Georgia: Play back time from Orthodox World to the West.

Our President should take a firm stance with other countries, we do not need a KISS ASS for a leader.

Like McCain said, we need to stop giving Billions of dollars to countries that don't like us. The money needs to be used to help our country.

I'm a little sick of hearing about McCain's war scars and would like to hear what he's done for us lately. Oh yeah, that includes Obama and Biden also - all 3 of these nuts were in Congress and/or had the opportunity to make changes.

As for the U.S. military capabilities, we can play bully anywhere in the world - we've proven it by the Iraq War. I don't see any weakness in the financial investments we've placed in our armed forces.

Obama is nice and speaks well, likeable but transparent.

McCain is strong, been through hell and back and doesn't need to go to the White House to grab a bunch of money. He has enough.

When Old George and Young George and especially Clinton was in there, I always felt like if we were attacked, they would get on the boat, sail away and leave all of us stranded.

Calm down. The military is not decimated. Explain to me how we can wage multiple campaigns with effectiveness if the military is decimated? Rememebr .MC is not Bush. MC will end these conflicts with victory and honor for those who have sacrificed and served.

Yeah we are actually overextended on the military front. But now since we've ticked more nations off we do need the pumped up personnel. We have put tons of dollars into technology and training in order to make us the strongest armed forces ever. As for the comment about Yellowstone Park I think I could manage that on my own.

McCain last year said he wanted ti invade Iran bet he still wants too..

Obama well he has not said anything aboyut anything...

I think both are full of it and that nearther is good for our country..

But of the 2 I vote Obama, why because he has a old guy who can help him..

McCain has a bad military record of what the goverment has relised..

And his VP is being investgated for some crooked oil thing in Alaska.

Both McCain and his VP have there hands in oil so why go thrue all that agin...

Obama like I said knows nothing about running a country..And he does not seem to want to share any his ideas.. But he is better than another 4 years of people with there hands in oil and more lies..

Harp--Once again you are spewing more nonsense. Sarah Palin ran the government branch in AK that oversaw the oil and natural gas production. She fired the corrupt government officials who were making inside deals with the oil companies. Why do you dems keep on insisting on making up lies to try to get your person elected. Isn't it better to speak the truth and let the truth stand on its own? Palin has no ties to oil companies other than the fact that her husband is a blue collar worker that worked in the oil fields. Which begs the question, if she has these so called ties to oil companies why couldn't she get her husband a better job? As for the comment about MC wanting to invade Iran, this is another fabrication by you. Please stop spreading lies.

Custody case is over. Let me self get screwed over by the lawyers so the kids have to stay with her for now. With any luck, I can get them before they start high school so I can get them back on track and not watch them become a statistic.
