Do you happen to remember how you felt when the Airliners hit the World Trade Center Towers?

Did you have a sick, "I can't believe what I am seeing and hearing" feeling in your stomach and head?

That is how I have felt since Tuesday night at 11:00 pm.  If you cannot understand how I could feel that way, it's because you do not know that,
For those who have Served to protect it, Liberty has a Flavor that the protected will never know.  And you don't know what it's like to return from Vietnam to see this eventuality.

You did it, Barack Obama - you and all your expensive brainwash tactics and gullible minions.  You bought the key to the Whitehouse for the tidy sum of $650 Million.

I seriously doubt you will deliver anything better than your party has since Lyndon B. Johnson, and I know you will never listen to me, regardless of what you said about wanting to hear those who disagree with you.  If you even met me, you would shove me aside just like you did Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher.

Today, November 5, 2008, we wake to find that the honor of every man and woman who has served in any war to preserve liberty has been set at naught. My teeth are set on edge, as though I had bitten into an unripe citrus, or sour grapes. There is a sense of pain, running through my head, that cannot be described. I wish my name was on the Wall, so that I would not have to witness the things that I know will come. I wish I did not know what is coming.

I am not a Prophet or a Seer; I am not a diviner. I would never hold a séance, and I cannot reveal secret details of the future. But still, as a student of History and Scripture, I know what is going to come . . . by what has been . . . by what is written.  It is not about race, but content of character; Alan Keyes or Colin Powell would have been much better candidates.  They possess an integrity this man does not even desire.

The Prophet Daniel, beloved of The Good Lord, recorded a vision with stunning implications: He was told they were visions of the end times. With stunning accuracy, Daniel predicted the progression of Kingdoms that would follow the kingdom of Ancient Babylon, that of Media and Persia, then Greece, then Rome.

Long after that, there will be one who will rise to power, and “He will become very strong, but not by his own power. He will cause astounding devastation and will succeed in whatever he does. He will destroy the mighty men and the holy people. He will cause deceit to prosper, and he will consider himself superior. When they feel secure, he will destroy many and take his stand against the Prince of princes. Yet he will be destroyed, but not by human power.”
(Daniel 8:24-25)

Any intellectually honest person must acknowledge that the winning campaign was one of bombastic brainwash and deceit. As though the half truths were not bad enough, the frequency of the message effectively overloaded the senses of all who were not firmly rooted in truth.

You may boo me, shout me down, mock me, persecute me, kill me if you like – it will only silence one human voice. Others who have also received the witness will be speaking out, as well. If you have been putting off settling your commitment, whether or not you will serve the Living God, it is now time.

NADER CRACKED ME UP, I'm telling you.

So old "whichever way the wind blows lard bucket" is sitting there in his Fox Central chair, announcing an interview with Ralph "Unsafe at Any Speed" Nader.  He leads with a quotation of Nader, to the effect: "Obama will now have to demonstrate, as president, whether he will be Uncle Sam or Uncle Tom."

So, LB gives Nader room to repent, querrying, "Are you not sorry you didn't word it differently?"  But Nader stands his ground with statements inferring that Obama is on the take for the Military Industrial Complex, the Finance Industries, and numerous major Corporations.

LB acts incredulous at the idea that Nader could be so Politically Incorrect in the face of such an Historic Moment, and Nader just snips back, "I can't see you - only a black camera lense.  Pull the plug if you like."

Then, back to the Command Desk, and you hear Liberal Lulu behind LB say, "Nobody will ever take him seriously again after that."

And, I AM ROLLIN ON THE FLOOR LAUGHIN MY BOHUNKUS OFF.  Thanks Ralph, I needed that!

I must confess I was so delighted with what Nader said, and I was laughing so hard that I cannot certify Nader's quote exactly.  But that is the accurate gist of it.

Since R8R_H8R is so uncivilized as to refuse to allow comments on his threads, I just gotta say this:

Bubba, you are going to be all snot and slobber crying when History from 1980 repeats.

Just thought I'd give you the heads up, so you can prepare yourself.

I told you I am a Florida Native and Lifelong Resident, and I know that means more to me than it means to you. I believe people such as I ought to get a special Identification Card that entitles us to exclusive benefits that drifters and transplants would fiercely envy. So far, it ain't gonna happen because our Legislators are mostly Transplants, themselves, and they grind such as myself into the dirt!

Oh well, such is life.

In 1980, the Philies won the World Series.

In 2008, the Philies won the World Series.

In 1980, a candidate for the Presidency who had been behind in the polls the entire last week before the election, won the Office with both the Popular Vote and the Electoral College Vote.

His name was Ronald Reagan, and he ousted the worst Democratic Party President this Nation has ever known.

In 2008, here's hoping that John McCain will save Barack Obama the shame of taking that title from Jimmy Carter.

I don't know what is wrong with the MYFOXTAMPABAY SITE, but it is stripping away my YouTube embed.  The other sites aren't doing that.  What's up, Chris??

Anyway, please poke on this sentence to view the VIDEO in a new window.

Bob Beckle appeared on Hannity's America and offered the WRONG answer and a lame obfuscation in answer to a straight question asked of him.

See the meat of it here, with my thoughts following.

Florida Native and Lifelong Resident. Country, but not redneck. Vietnam Vet (1970-71) not ashamed. Starting to grey around the edges and in my beard. Missing my dear Wife since 4/22/07. She went to be with Jesus. [I believe the Holy Bible (as originally written) is the inerrant Word of God. As much as it depends upon me, I will be at peace with all. Nevertheless, I will not compromise the tenets of Biblical Christianity. I know that many who say they are Christian do not care for or obey the teachings of Jesus.] . . . . [I believe the Constitution of the United States, including the first ten amendments (as originally written) and subsequent amendments passed by prescribed process, are the only legitimate law of this Nation UNDER GOD; that the tenets of our Constitution can be plainly understood by The Common Folk, as well as the erudite; and that those who would change those plain meanings by any craft or crook are Traitors to us all.]
