 Dangerously hot times in the St. Louis region on Monday with highs in the upper 90's and heat index values at or above 105 degrees. Take it easy today and stay cool and hydrated.  Today's Song of the Day is "Summer In The City" by The Lovin' Spoonful.
  What are you going to do today to beat the heat? I was thinking of hitting the pool, but it might be too hot for that.

I have to pick my beans today sometime. Need to mow gras too. I'm thinking I'll have to do that in shifts. Otherwise, I'm stayin' inside.

Good morning everybody..... Although it's gonna be a lot htter today I actually won't mind it after my long hot day Saturday doing the outdoor wedding..... I went through 3 changes of clothes before the day was over.... I Imagine the bride suffered more than me in her wedding dress though..... I'm getting ready to leave to take my son downtown and then I will be hitting the Gym and the pool today.......
