When Clinton left the office 8 years ago, they were 50 million dollars in debt.

How they have 110 million dollars, so with paying back the 50 milllion and they have made 160 million dollars in the last 8 years?????

So, are we, the workers the only ones who has lost  everything.

When I hear Clinton talking about George and the economy, I  wonder who she is referring to, not her.  $160,000,000  MILLION dollars in the last 8 years.

I don't know anyone who bought one of their books, do you?????

They make more money from thier speaking fees, especially Bill. For an hour, he gets paid hundreds of thousands of dollars.

More power to the Clintons! At least they went out and earned their money unlike some of our current people in office taking large profits from the bloated gasoline prices.

It's definitely the speaking endorsements that shoot these two to the top. Good job Bill and Hillary. I wish I could write a book!

I really hate Hillary, but I also hate mischaracterization of anyone. Their tax returns showed approximately $110 million in the last 8 years or so. That has nothing to do with the debt they had, so your $160 million estimation is wrong.

The number is high enough without people like you trying to jump on it and make things out worse than they are.

I personally doubt you $50 million of debt assertion, but I'm not saying it's wrong, I just haven't seen anything about that.

I'm leaning towards voting for McCain right now, but I will call out anyone that I think is presenting wrong or inflammatory information just to sling mud.

Let's stick to the issues people.

It pays to be Prez! Now you see why people will spend millions for a job that pays 400,000 a year. Thye will not have to worry about much the rest of their lives.
Anyone willing to take on that job, and do it for 8 years, heck, give them the 72 virgins I say. Half hate you, a quarter tolerate you and maybe a quarter love you, but would still stab you in the back given half a chance.
No thank you. I would rather be thrown naked into a pit of vipers, better chance of survival.
I have not liked many of our Presidents, but ya gotta respect someone that would be willing to do the job. Yeah, there are a lot of perks, but what it costs them is just as high.

On the radio this morning I heard a comment about Hillary that made me LMAO. Hillary does not provide health care insurance to the people who work for her. I think she made enough money to afford it.

More power to the Clinton's. there is nothing wrong with making money. I see a good part of the money came from a partnership that owns a car carrier truckline. Bill got the Teamsters to take lower pay so that the company could make more money. Great job Bill.

I just knew somebody would bring this up, with the rallying of the usual right-wing hypocrites.

Let's see, the Clintons made over $100 MILLION since Bill left office? Hmmm, I haven't even seen Bush's or Cheney's income listed anywhere, have you? Hmmmm, interesting, let's see, it's bad if Clinton gets richer but it's okay if Bush and the Republicans get richer, hmmmmm.

This embodies the sheer definition and concept of hypocracy, if ever I've seen it.

I guess everybody already forgot about the $1000 a plate luncheons for McCain and Blunt. Why, it's only when DEMOCRATS do that it is so bad!

Why, geez, I guess if I am consistent and follow the Republican party line about the wealthiest of the wealthy, I guess I would just reach the conclusion the Clinton's worked VERY hard and are "successful", something that's so good when those on the right do it, but suddenly when a Democrat does it, let's see, ah, er, wow, you conservative right-wingers sure have me confused! Is being rich and successful a good thing or a bad thing - why don't you make up your minds!

Well, here's some explanation to clarify the difference between the Clintons and Republicans like Bush: I don't hear the Clintons complaining about their tax bill for that cool 100 MILLION they made. I guess they don't mind paying the 30% or so (15% if it's capital gains!) on their millions! And that helps us all!

Gee, too bad Republicans have such psych issues with paying their fair share of taxes when the bill on their millions come due.

They worked for it, paid taxes on it and even donated a lot of it. I am glad they can do that.

I don't care what the Clinton's would do, there are some people who will take up for them.

They always think that people are PICKING on the poor Clinton's. I don't understand this.

Our country and the future of us, our children and grandchildren is what is important.

I don't care about the Clintons. They have what about $100,000,000 dollars, they certainly didn't have a problem with Bush being in office.

It is not that anyone is protecting the Clintons - it is just that there is right and there is wrong. If they were on welfare and made all of that money - then I would complain but since they worked for it - then I think they deserve it - it was not "given" to them. Now to address the other issue - when Clinton was in office there was a lot more jobs, money in the pockets and the economy was doing good and my feelings are that Bills 'SEX LIFE' is no ones business but that seems to be the big issue when anyone speaks of Hillary. The only problem I see that Hillary has is EVERYONE knows her and is very judgmental. No one knows OBAMA and he can do no wrong - even when he has listened to his preacher stating racist comments, God Dam__ America, and Obama telling one lie after another - like he said on the View - well I would have talked to the Rev about his comments - it TOOK HIM 20 YEARS TO KNOW THE GOOD REV WAS SAYING ANYTHING BAD. So since there is a great DOUBLE STANDARD - yes I do feel right is right and wrong is wrong and I do not believe anyone should be jealous of the money that the Clintons MADE. Talk about how Obama got big bucks from the slum lord that is now on trial. Oh how we like to look the other way.

Heya AMOM. I am with you on the Clintons. Something about them just bugs the crap out of me.
But at the same time, have you ever heard of a poor President or Senator or Congressman?
Now by poor I mean finacially, not ability wise, by ability standards they all stink to high heaven.
