This year the Blues will be on televisions for 77 games!!! Some in H.D.,and even national coverage.  Not to mention our new cool third jersey..if your a Blue fan,go check it out!  Besides the new jersey,the guys all came to camp ready and in excellent condition.  This year will be a break-out year for us.  Hopefully the veterans can keep up with our "new" youth and lead us to the play-offs.  Great job to all the Blue staffers and management...thanks!

Hockey coverage in this town is now a joke!  Wonder why the sport isn't what it used to be here in St.Louis, ask our respected journalists or editors.  Less and less coverage means people are not going to "get into" the sport.  It's a shame.  Just a side note: The Post-Dispatch only puts them on the last few pages,unless they lose..then it's front page ripping or ragging.  BTW, did anyone hear about the prospects games being held,in print yes,but not on television...NO, let's talk about how poor our Rams are doing,and if the Cards' can even finish the season.

Ok, the NHL finally is going to give us die-hard fans a chance to see teams outside of our division and conference.  Speaking for myself and a few friends, we are all going to buy tickets for the Penguins' game (maybe even the Rangers too)...I just wanted to see who else is also happy about this and if your planning to attend any of those games?
